Ingredients:
-2 big Smashed avocado’s.
– Lemon juice.
– Salt.
– 1 of 2 chile serrano chopped.
– 2 ripped tomatoes cut in small pieces.
– 2 spoons of chopped coriander.
– 1 small opnion chopped.

-Thornless cactus-nopalitos.

-2 cups of prepared Gourmet Mole almendrado Don Pancho or Mole rojo La Costeña.
-1/2 kg shredded chicken, warm.
-12 Autentic Mexican corn tortillas.
-1 small onion, sliced.
-1/2 cup feta cheese or white cheese, crumbled.

-1/2 kg shredded chicken, warm.
-12 Autentic Mexican corn tortillas.
-1/2 cup cheese.

Guava Cheese Pie


Base:
-1 ½ -2 cups crushed Maria cookies
-1 to 1 ½ small butter bar (a bar is around 110g).

Filling:
– 1 can of guavas in syrup, drained, pureed and strained (if you dislike the little seeds)
