Ingredients: (4 people)

– 2 big Smashed avocado’s.
– Lemon juice.
– Salt.
– 1 of 2 chile serrano chopped.
– 2 ripped tomatoes cut in small pieces.
– 2 spoons of chopped coriander.
– 1 small opnion chopped.


1) Mix avocado, lime, salt and serrano peppers in a bowl to a coarse paste. Mix here
tomato, onion and coriander.
2)Serve immediately with tortilla chips or warm tortillas.
