2- Communication

Deli Mexico shall in no case be responsible for misunderstandings, imperfections, delays or problems arising from the use of the internet or any other form of communication between the client and Deli Mexico and between Deli Mexico and third party, involving aspects of the relationship between and Deli Mexico client.

 

3- Prices

All prices mentioned are in Euros and INCLUSIVE Dutch tax (BTW). There will be no price increase after the order has been placed, unless required by legal arrangements or when the supplier temporary increases his prices. All prices and product descriptions mentioned at the website are under the reservation of typo- and printing errors. If we discover such an error after you have placed an order with us, we will contact you prior to sending your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

 

4-Returns

If for some reason the product you ordered is out of stock, you will receive an e-mail from Delimexico with a new deliver date. In this case, you have the right to cancel your order by sending a written statement to orders mail Delimexico All payments made will be reimbursed within 14 days.
You can send back the product within 14 days, after receipt of the products, at their own expense. No administration costs will be charged and payments will be reimbursed within 14 days after having received the returned products. Products that have been ordered on special request cannot be returned. Fresh products and products that have been opened or damaged cannot be returned.

5-Force majeure

Deli Mexico cannot be held responsible, if and when we cannot meet the agreement because of Force majeure. Force majeure includes any strange reason, as well as any circumstance, for which, in all rationality, Deli Mexico cannot be held responsible. Delay with or bad behaviour by our suppliers, shipping problems, strikes, government rules, supply delay, negligence by suppliers and/or manufacturers from Deli Mexico, bad weather, employee sickness, defects in appliance or shipment tools count explicitly as Force majeure. Deli Mexico maintains, in the case of force majeure, the right to postpone its obligations and is also privileged to cancel the agreement partially or fully, and also to claim that the content of the agreement is to be changed in such a way that it is still possible to realize the goals. By no means is Deli Mexico obliged to pay any fine or indemnification.

 

6- Modifications

Deli Mexico may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices. You are requested to review any applicable terms and conditions.
Deli Mexico reserves the right to discontinue, make changes or updates to the content of the website at any time without further notice. DeliMexico reserves the right to restrict, refuse or terminate access of any person on the website or any part thereof effective immediately without notice at any time and for any reason whatsoever at its own discretion.

 

7-Complaints

All complaints will be taken seriously by Deli Mexico. You must place the complaint by writing to. Deli Mexico will try to solve the complaint within ten business days.
