Ingredients:Guajillo pepper, ancho pepper, spices, vinegar, onion, garlic and salt.
This mix of ingredients has been made in Colima Mexico for to prepare Mexican chorizo will make your life easy, you just have to add mince meat (pork, chicken or turkey) and salt to taste.
Leave it marinate for at least 3-4 hours and enjoy it.
